Smart Hands enables customers to use our Support Desk to act as your Remote Smart Hands. Our staff will be your hands for various tasks which may include one or more of the following services:

• Physical inspection of server hardware / software
• Loading and removing of backup tapes / disks
• Configure or re provision your dedicated firewall
• Reprovision your dedicated / virtual private server
• Physical power recycle
• Securing cabling and connectors
